We are looking for 2x Pioneer Youth and Children’s Worker

• Full-Time Post – 37 hours a week – Permanent
• Salary – £25,000 – £27,000 depending on experience & training

Missional Generation is pioneering youth and children’s work across Leeds and Bradford by partnering with churches that currently lack weekly provision for young people. We create spaces where children and young people can explore faith, grow spiritually, and feel valued as part of the church family.

We are actively seeking 2 full-time Pioneer Youth & Children’s Workers to help develop weekly programmes for our local churches. Our Pioneer Youth & Children’s Workers dedicate up to 22 hours per week to plan and lead youth and children’s sessions at 2-3 local churches. This work includes midweek and some weekend groups, where Scripture and faith can be explored in ways that resonate with young people and children. The remaining hours are spent on innovating Missional Generation resources, training and running youth and children’s events.
